Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds on dog walking, dog daycare, or dog boarding and training. Any appointment cancellations would be rescheduled for a later date. For cancellations of your vacation, we will refund the boarding deposit for medical issues only. A doctor note of explanation must be provided.
